STB Solutions didn't start with a business plan, it started with a friend who needed help.

For years, Edgar Sanchez had a dream of running his own bookkeeping business. But like many small business owners, fear got in the way, fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of not knowing enough. So he waited.

In the meantime, he was building something else. For nearly eight years, he ran ESJ Creations, a custom print and promotional products business right here in South Texas. Along the way, he learned bookkeeping out of necessity, tracking income, managing expenses, and keeping his own books organized using QuickBooks.

Then a friend came along who needed help. She was launching her own business and had no idea where to start. Edgar helped her set up QuickBooks, build her website, and get organized. That's when it clicked, this is what he was meant to do.

With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from 2017 and years of real-world small business experience, Edgar launched STB Solutions to help other small business owners in the Rio Grande Valley get their finances organized and their businesses running stronger.
